  • DESIGN REFRESH

    Our design refresh service provides you with immediate and in-person access to our design expertise for the day. This is an efficient and decision-driven solution if you’re seeking guidance with selecting a few key furniture pieces, paint color options, remodel material selections, and an optimized layout. Rosy will meet you at your project location for upto two hours to gather measurements and your design plans. Following the on-site meeting, our team will provide you with a mood board and product links for you to execute the project on your own.

  • HOURLY CONSULTATION

    For savvy DIY clients implementing their own design plan with some expert advice from us. A one and a half hour consultation meeting with Rosy is scheduled at the project location. During this meeting led by your design questions, Rosy will provide answers and recommend creative design concepts and ideas from her extensive industry knowledge.

THE COMPLETE DESIGN EXPERIENCE

  • STEP 1

    Upon completing the inquiry from, we will email you our Investment Guide and a calendar link to schedule your discovery call. During the call, we will discuss your interior design vision and goals.

  • STEP 2

    If the project is a potential fit, you will be invited to schedule a 1.5 hour consultation with Rosy. During the consultation, you will receive expert insights from Rosy on design concepts, budget, timeline, materials, contractors, and tradespeople. A clear scope will be created for your customized design proposal.

  • STEP 3

    A customized design proposal will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days of your consultation. Once the proposal is signed, we will onboard you to your project dashboard and start the design process!

  • STEP 4

    Your project kicks off with a site visit to record measurements, photos, and videos of your spaces. We will go over all your project goals. Partnering with our extensive team of trades and manufacturers we will provide quotes for all of the materials and work required to transform your spaces.

  • STEP 5

    The design process starts with our deep understanding of your desires and needs. We research, curate concepts, and create a design plan to present to you. Upon your approval, we procure, purchase, and track all of the materials. We provide detailed construction drawings and design plans to our skilled tradespeople for remodels and custom builds. Additional site visits will be scheduled to ensure your project is on track.

  • STEP 6

    Once all of the furnishings and materials are ordered and ready to be delivered we’ll coordinate your white glove delivery. We oversee the install of all delivered items by our team of tradespeople and put the final touches to reveal your beautiful spaces!

  • STEP 7

    A professional photoshoot is scheduled for your designed spaces within a few weeks following the install. After the photoshoot, you will receive our materials care guide and goodbye packet.
